He has over 15 years of sales experience including: Residential Real Estate, Investment Real Estate, Property Management, Retail and Manufacturing.

Blair was born and raised in Metro New York and graduated from the University Of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1987 he began investing and managing investment properties, during a successful Law Enforcement career. Blair currently lives in Parkland, Florida with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid fisherman and sportsman and enjoys nonfiction novels.
